The Story

GTM Ops started with a simple observation: most B2B SaaS companies are drowning in tools but starving for systems. Everyone has a CRM, a marketing platform, and a dozen point solutions — but nobody has connected them into a coherent whole.

Founded by Jay Filiatrault, a RevOps veteran who spent years building go-to-market systems at scale, GTM Ops was created to bridge the gap between strategy and execution. We saw too many companies with expensive HubSpot subscriptions and messy implementations — so we set out to fix that.

We use modern tooling — including AI — to stay deeply informed about every client's business and deliver faster with fewer mistakes. It's not a headline, it's just how we work.
